This policy explains what personal data the Use7en mobile app and this website collect, why, and what you can do about it. The service is operated by "GRAF-CORP" LLC, Beruniy street 87, Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
What we collect
- Phone number. Used to create your account and to sign you in with a one-time code.
- Sign-in identifiers. If you sign in with Apple, Google or Telegram, we receive an account identifier and, where you allow it, an email address. Apple's Hide My Email is supported.
- Date of birth. Used once to confirm you are 18 or over. We store your age eligibility, not a birth certificate.
- Profile details you choose to add. Name, username, photo, language and country.
- Portfolio entries. The positions you record yourself. We price them against market data; we never connect to your broker or exchange account.
- Device and diagnostic data. App version, device model, operating system version, crash reports.
What we do not collect
We do not collect card numbers, bank details or exchange API keys. We do not have access to your funds. Purchases, if any, are processed by Apple or Google, and we receive only confirmation of what was purchased.
Why we use it
- To create and secure your account.
- To deliver signals, price your portfolio and send the alerts you enable.
- To confirm age eligibility.
- To find and fix faults, and to understand which parts of the app are used.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with service providers acting on our instructions: hosting, SMS delivery for one-time codes, market data providers, push notification delivery, and crash reporting. Market data requests are sent as instrument symbols and never include your identity.
Where data is stored
Data is stored on servers located in Uzbekistan. Some providers we rely on may process limited technical data outside Uzbekistan.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep records for longer.
Your choices
- Access and correction. You can view and edit your profile in the app.
- Deletion. You can request account deletion in the app or by email; we act on it within 30 days.
- Notifications. You can turn each alert type on or off at any time.
- Tracking. We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Children
Use7en is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is limited to staff who need it. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
